Make sure you have everything youâll need for the diaper change on hand. Once youâre ready, hereâs how to change your baby’s diaper in a few easy steps:
Lay your baby down on her back and remove the used diaper. Wrap it up and stick the tapes down to seal the bundle. Toss the diaper in the diaper pail or set it aside to throw out later in the garbage can. If youâre throwing the diaper into a garbage can, place it in a plastic bag first to reduce odours.

You can also do the obvious thing and use a diaper or a cloth to cover your son in case he sprays you down in the middle of a diaper change.
Hover the item gently over your boys privates while youre changing him. Its more trouble to use a cover, and the diaper change can take twice as long, but its worth it if you get to walk out of the changing room dry as a bone!

Out of the group I prefer to use the new diaper just to keep things simple during a quick wet diaper change but a poopy diaper change is a different story. For poopy diapers, everything has to slow down as you wipe up the poop and covering your baby becomes less practical. Plus you run the risk of getting poop all over whatever you use to cover up so keep that in mind so you dont have extra laundry to do or wasted diapers.
The ideal strategy is to prevent your baby from peeing during the change if at all possible by using some of the earlier tips.
How Do I Clean My Baby Boys Private Area
Its a bouncy baby boy, and youre a first-time parent. Do you feel rowdy about getting to clean your new baby boys private parts? It is not as big a deal as you deem it to be. Have you chosen to circumcise your baby boy? of course, but you have to consistently keep a clean dressing around the penis until it becomes fully healed.
